Angelique is an ordinary girl at an all-girls school where Meg and Jo were undercover. She is the leader of Ishtar. Meg thought that she was a monster that controls people’s brains after being attacked. Meg confronts her, yet it turns out that she was being controlled by a monster that the RAPT created. All of the students at the all-girls school were used as test subjects, turning one girl, named Nadesico Volban, into a monster. Jo killed the monstrous girl.
