Wong, who is a twin to Liang
Wong was using drugs to enhance his ability provided by RAPT. Later he was captured and experimented on by RAPT scientists which turned him into a monster. His twin brother Liang wants to find him so he hires Jo's mercenary group to find his brother. He later mutates into a Mutant monster aboard a train and kills all of the scientists.
